It's been some time since I last blogged...

And.. my shoulders and back have not recovered yet.. sighs.

But I have been back to doing echo.

A few things have been bothering me..

Firstly, some fellow colleagues have been following me and learning echo from me.. but.. indeed, just as one of the drs commented.. I am not as qualified yet, and definitely am not of that calibre. So I'm getting kinda a little more reluctant to guide others.. Other than that, it actually hurts my shoulders and back even more cos of the stretch.. On the other hand, I think that it also benefits me.. in a way that it not only helps boosting my confidence, it also helps encourage me to learn more and study echo more.

Secondly, I have a friend who is much older than me and is keeping in touch with me.. which is kinda awkward... in a way? At the end, I still treasure this friend.. but occasionally I will have worries.. perhaps I worry too much of the unknown future?

--------------------

The above portion was typed last week....

At first, I was pondering if I should just delete and restart on a new post.. but I realised that they showed me something.. which made me learn more stuffs about myself.

Like how during this week.. I had more realisations.. thr the week and thr yoga session yesterday.

I worry a lot - Something unnecessary - I realise. Cos there's no point and no use of worrying. Cos worrying doesn't generate any positive energy for action. There's only negativity that keeps you rooted on the ground and disallows you from going forward.

My shoulders and back seem to be better this week.. and I shall see to it that they get better and better, and then stronger. :)

I shall be strong. And recharge myself every day, to be happy. And so then can I bring happiness to others. And to do that, I shall find my happiness. Work hard and remind myself constantly of the reasons why I do love my job instead of how it tires me, and why I am still doing it. And if my dream is to be, it'll come to me as I work towards finding happiness. Only positivity will bring me forward and better.

Ganbatte!

This week has been filled with lessons learnt.. discoveries made. And that's why.. I've come to love yoga.. and it's kinda part of me now.

At the end of the session yesterday, one auntie from the next lesson which was following after ours in the same studio (zumba class) asked my yoga teacher - "What's so good about yoga? Losing weight? Meditation?"

And I shall remember vividly I guess, even as time passes, the answer my yoga teacher gave - a very honest and truthful answer - which one may not understand. He said,

"Yoga, is a way of life. It helps us learn things about ourselves. And we do that first, by learning about our physical self. And then slowly we will learn other things about ourselves."

And that is one thing I realise I have been truly working on and gradually improving on myself. Kinda like a growing up and maturing process. I am glad I am growing up with yoga, cos I possibly would have grown up the same way I grew up in the past - filled with frustration and sadness - and it would have done me no good.

Another reason for my realisations.. is that..some pple ard me who are ill.. They remind me of how cherishing what you have is really important. I hope they will soon get well, and remain positive and strong.

I shall slow down more.. slow down my mind, my mouth and my body. And then I will be able to see more clearly, and then I 'll gain more patience and wisdom.

REFLECTIONS

I sit and cry thinking of all the regrets
How life seems to be always unfair.
I move on putting any dreams away
Hoping that I'll find them come some rainy day.
No matter how tired and weary
I will walk on.
