This week was kinda one of the most horrible week I experienced at work.
A week of under gunfire. From the demands, criticism and worse of the worst - gossip.
Yep. All because of my back. (Coupled with my arm which I accidentally pulled it when I was trying to shake out a knot in my elbow joint). Then I told my boss that I wanted a break from echo for a week.
At the end of the day, I think I walked into war zone, because of my own fault. Had I requested it in more magical words... perhaps I wouldn't have thrown myself into the minefield... Yep.
Why the hell do I suck at talking? Why the hell am I just so straightforward and dumb?
Sighs.
So yep I felt as if I had fallen into the big black hole.. and the only solution that I have now.. is time. Time to get well, time to let gossips die out, time to get over everything and move on.
I hope to be armed with patience, determination and a strong and clear mind.. as I go back to work again tmr.. and through the time to come.
Anyways... since I have decided to move on, I shall not talk about it anymore.
Last week..(I still can't believe it happened).. I was at Vietnam! Woots! With my sis and two of her friends. We were at Ho Chih Min City.. discovered to various see various sights and stuffs.
Before the trip, went through a lot of hardship cos our house was under the hdb home improvement programme. So they tore down all our toilets, knocked the ceiling etc.. and it was just so difficult to live in. So for certain days we moved out to a budget hotel.. And I had some kinda of accident just the night before the flight.. so it was quite tormenting and traumatising..
Nevertheless, was really grateful to Shannen and Leng Leng who helped to organised the trip, and especially for my sis to be there with me. It was really an enriching experience. Walking, boat rides and shopping. It was a good break from work, though pretty tiring cos of the packing and walking. It was our first time flying too!
Ok.. I'm going to just end here... probably go and try some physio stuff for my shoulders.. do some reading.. or .. lol watch tv.. geez. Haven't been working out for almost 3 weeks now.. sighs =( Feel my belly coming back.
Miss my yoga also..the latest pose that was taught was 'Scissors' (Eka Pada Koundiyanasana II), which I haven't yet managed at all.. Can't wait to go back to yoga..
